As our Partner Growth Manager, your mission is to transform certified partners into active, high-performing business partners. You’ll coach, support, motivate, and develop partners to grow their merchant portfolio, achieve sales targets, and build long-term business success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of certified Partner Distribution across your assigned territory.

• Coach partners through regular business reviews, field visits, and performance discussions.

• Support partners in acquiring merchants and achieving business growth targets.

• Monitor partner performance using CRM dashboards and sales analytics.

• Identify underperforming partners and implement coaching, recovery, and reactivation plans.

• Develop partner engagement programs, sales campaigns, and incentive initiatives.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to maximize partner success.

• Share market insights and partner feedback to improve products, programs, and commercial strategies.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management, Partner Management, Business Development, Banking, Fintech, Insurance, or FMCG distribution.

• Proven experience managing partner, distributor, dealer, agency, or sales networks.

• Strong coaching, leadership, and relationship management skills.

• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience using CRM and sales performance management tools.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
