- Take ownership of planning, developing, and continuously improving the oversized cargo logistics network in Vietnam, ensuring the network can support business growth and operational requirements.
- Design and optimize the overall logistics network, including warehouse locations, line-haul transportation routes, and last-mile delivery coverage for bulky and oversized goods.
- Develop practical solutions to improve network coverage, delivery lead time, service quality, operational efficiency, and total logistics costs.
- Source, develop, and manage transportation vendors, logistics service providers, and regional delivery partners to ensure sufficient capacity and stable service performance.
- Establish and maintain clear vendor onboarding, qualification, evaluation, and performance management mechanisms.
- Develop service/product standards for oversized cargo logistics, including pricing models, cost structures, quotation principles, and operational standards.
- Work closely with commercial and operational teams to design logistics solutions for key customers, supporting new project development, implementation, and operational launch.
- Build and improve SOPs and KPI frameworks for oversized cargo transportation, warehousing, and delivery operations.
- Drive standardized operating practices across transportation, warehouse, and last-mile delivery activities to ensure consistent service quality.
- Monitor operational performance and continuously identify improvement opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, customer service, and cost performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College or Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, including at least 3 years in oversized cargo or bulky goods logistics network planning/development.
- Strong experience in warehouse network planning, line-haul transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Solid understanding of logistics network design, transportation costing, and cost optimization.
- Experience in home appliances, furniture, bulky goods, large equipment, or oversized delivery operations is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and managing transportation vendors or logistics partners.
- Strong project management, resource coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a cost-efficiency mindset.
- Able to adapt well to the working environment in Vietnam.
- Fluent Chinese is required.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
