• Experience: Proven track record as an Operations Manager preferably within the Agriculture / Agribusiness / Agro-industrial sectors. Experience handling multi-BU conglomerates or cross-sector operations is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Language: Good command of English
