Network & Cygna DDI Operations Engineer - L2

• Operate, monitor and ensure the availability, stability and performance of the network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN, switches, routers, wireless controllers/APs, IPAM/DNS) for a global customer under a managed service model.
• Receive, triage and resolve B-level incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ITSM tool, ensuring compliance with committed SLAs.
• Execute standard changes using approved templates; configure devices to the customer's standards and coordinate with site IT within agreed change windows.
• Perform day-to-day DDI operations on the Cygna Labs DDI platform (IPControl / Diamond IP / Sapphire appliances): allocate and reclaim IP addresses, create subnets/blocks, and manage the IPv4/IPv6 address lifecycle via the container view.
• Create and update DNS records (A, AAAA, CNAME, PTR...), DHCP scopes and reservations on request via Cygna IPControl; synchronize with existing DNS/DHCP servers (ISC BIND/Kea, Microsoft).
• Monitor the availability of network devices and DNS/DHCP/appliance (Sapphire) services; handle alerts (including IP capacity exhaustion alerts) from the monitoring platform (Centreon) and Cygna DDI.
• Perform configuration administration: back up configuration with every change, restore on request or malfunction; update the CMDB/asset records, site details and contacts.
• Maintain operational documentation, carry out shift handover; escalate complex incidents/changes (including DDI) to the L3 team; comply with ISO 27001, NIST and Zero Trust standards.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Networking, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating enterprise networks; experience with Cisco devices (switch, router, wireless) is preferred.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, routing (basic OSPF/BGP), Wi-Fi.
• Knowledge and experience of DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM); experience with Cygna Labs DDI (IPControl / Diamond IP / VitalQIP) or an equivalent DDI platform (Infoblox, BlueCat, EfficientIP) is preferred.
• Experience working under ITIL/ITSM processes and using a ticketing tool (ServiceNow); familiarity with network monitoring tools.
• English proficiency of at least B1 (equivalent to TOEIC 600 - 700) to read technical documents and communicate with the global customer.
• Ability to work in a team, work in shifts and handle high pressure.
• Preferred candidates:
  • Hold a Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent; a wireless certification is an advantage.
  • Hold a Cygna Labs DDI (IPControl / Diamond IP) certification or training is an advantage.
  • Hold an ITIL Foundation certification and experience with monitoring tools (Centreon, SolarWinds, Zabbix).
