Merchandise Manager (2200 USD, ID12380)

- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Merchandise Manager (2200 USD, ID12380)
- In charge of working with customers for order and price negotiation according to the company policies.
- Communicate with head office for the issues of sampling, order placement, capacities...
- Monitor the merchandising team, following the whole process from sales contract to shipment.
- Provide training and development programs for the team.
- Develop SOP for effective improvements of any new process.
- Work with the customers, local subcontracts, and seeking new partners for future collaboration.
- Concentrate on the new local business to allocate orders during the low-demand season.
- Other tasks as assigned by upper manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Gender: Male/ Female; Age: 35-45 years old.
- Graduated from university major in business administration or other related majors.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position, working in garment, textile industries.
- Proficient use of English.
