Manufacturing Planning Specialist ($600, ID 21573)

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for Manufacturing Planning Specialist ($600, ID 21573):
- Drive master production schedules across daily, weekly, and monthly horizons, making real-time operational adjustments to consistently meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Generate daily progress status reports, identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending continuous improvement initiatives to management.
- Oversee factory machinery documentation, formulating preventive maintenance schedules and routine replacement plans for critical spare parts and consumables.
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols across plant facilities and track production overtime hours to align with labor regulations and company policies.
- Administer labor attendance schedules and leave requests to prevent headcount shortages from disrupting production output.
- Manage direct material resources by controlling consumption rates, expiration dates, FIFO inventory sequences, and raw material quality parameters.
- Author and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for newly introduced operational units.
- Investigate manufacturing data to support root-cause analysis for customer claims, generating vendor quality complaint reports when raw materials fail specifications.
- Lead defect review meetings to establish containment actions, evaluate legacy countermeasures, and drive Kaizen activities to minimize process loss.
- Execute cross-functional technical tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or equivalent technical fields.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in production management environments.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in formulating and tracking production schedules within technical manufacturing sectors (e.g., heavy industrial goods, electronic components, rubber/automotive parts).
- In-depth expertise in Mass Production (MP) optimization and productivity enhancement.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Solid practical experience in investigating product defects (rejects) and quantifying process loss.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and standard office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, strong team collaboration skills, and adaptability under fast-paced manufacturing conditions.
