MEPF Site Supervisor

A. Supervision / Giám sát hiện trường:

• Supervise subcontractors in the installation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems in accordance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Ensure contractors execute works in compliance with design, specifications, and schedule
• Giám sát nhà thầu phụ lắp đặt hệ thống Điều hòa thông gió (HVAC), Điện, Cấp thoát nước và Phòng cháy chữa cháy theo bản vẽ và biện pháp thi công đã được phê duyệt.
• Đảm bảo nhà thầu thi công đúng thiết kế, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và tiến độ

B. Quality & Safety Control/ Quản lý chất lượng & an toàn:

• Conduct inspections for work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site.
• Control quantities and support payment documentation.
• Witness pressure tests, lux level tests, and fire system testing; prepare handover documentation.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng thi công và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an
• toàn lao động tại hiện trường.
• Kiểm soát khối lượng và hỗ trợ hồ sơ thanh toán.
• Chứng kiến các đợt thử áp, đo cường độ ánh sáng, thử liên động hệ thống PCCC và chuẩn bị hồ sơ bàn giao.
• Theo dõi tiến độ thi công, báo cáo hàng ngày/tuần

C. Technical Review / Kiểm tra kỹ thuật:

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements before execution.
• Coordinate with CSA, QA/QC, and EHS teams for smooth execution
• Inspect incoming materials and equipment before installation
• Supervise installation of:
• HVAC systems (air conditioning & ventilation)
• Electrical systems (LV/MV, panels, lighting)
• Plumbing & drainage systems
• Firefighting systems (sprinkler, fire alarm, hydrant)
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site
• Kiểm soát bản vẽ thi công (shop drawings), hồ sơ vật liệu và biện pháp thi công trước khi triển khai.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận (CSA, QA/QC, EHS) để đảm bảo thi công đồng bộ
• Kiểm tra vật tư, thiết bị đầu vào trước khi lắp đặt
• Giám sát lắp đặt các hệ thống:
• HVAC (điều hòa, thông gió)
• Hệ thống điện (LV/MV, tủ điện, chiếu sáng)
• Cấp thoát nước (P&ID, sanitary, drainage)
• Hệ thống PCCC (sprinkler, fire alarm, hydrant)
• Phát hiện và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật tại hiện trường

D. Coordination/ Phối hợp:

• Coordinate with CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) teams to resolve interface conflicts.
• Phối hợp với đội ngũ xây dựng/kiến trúc (CSA) để xử lý các điểm xung đột giữa các hệ thống.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements Education:

• Graduated from University / College / Vocational School majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a skilled worker with experience in MEP works.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học / Cao đẳng  chuyên ngành Điện, Cơ khí hoặc Cơ điện tử, hoặc công nhân lành nghề có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực MEP.

Working Experience:

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương là lợi thế.

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Understanding of technical drawings, shop drawings, and MEP coordination
• Hands-on experience in: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting systems
• Proficient in: AutoCAD / MS Office
• Knowledge of Revit/Navisworks is a plus
• Skills:
• Site supervision
• Cross-discipline coordination
• Problem-solving
• Willing to work on-site and overtime if required
• Able to work under high schedule pressure

Có kinh nghiệm thực tế các hệ: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting

Sử dụng được: AutoCAD / MS Office là một lợi thế.
