Mô tả công việc

1. Tender / Pre-Contract Stage
- Review project specifications, quality requirements and applicable standards.
- Identify key quality risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Provide QA/QC inputs for method statements, inspection and test plans (ITP) and construction planning.
- Support preparation of project quality plan (PQP).
- Rà soát tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, yêu cầu chất lượng của dự án.
- Nhận diện rủi ro chất lượng và đề xuất biện pháp kiểm soát.
- Cung cấp input QA/QC cho biện pháp thi công, ITP và kế hoạch thi công.
- Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch chất lượng dự án (PQP).
2. Execution Stage
QA/QC Implementation
- Implement project quality plan (PQP), inspection and test plans (ITP) and QA/QC procedures.
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers and site teams to integrate QA/QC into daily activities.
- Triển khai PQP, ITP và quy trình QA/QC của dự án.
- Đảm bảo thi công tuân thủ bản vẽ, tiêu chuẩn và biện pháp thi công.
- Phối hợp với PE và đội thi công để tích hợp QA/QC vào công việc hàng ngày.
Inspection & Testing Control
- Perform inspections and witness testing activities for CSA, Electrical and Mechanical works.
- Ensure inspection requests (IR) are properly submitted, tracked and approved.
- Coordinate with consultant/client for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure testing activities are conducted according to approved procedures and standards.
- Thực hiện kiểm tra và chứng kiến thí nghiệm cho các hạng mục CSA, Electrical và Mechanical.
- Đảm bảo hồ sơ IR được lập, theo dõi và phê duyệt đúng quy trình.
- Phối hợp với tư vấn/chủ đầu tư để nghiệm thu.
- Đảm bảo test được thực hiện đúng quy trình.
Material & Submittal Control
- Review and verify material submittals, shop drawings and technical documents from QA/QC perspective.
- Ensure all materials delivered to site comply with approved submittals and specifications.
- Monitor material inspection, storage and handling on site.
- Rà soát hồ sơ vật tư, shop drawing từ góc độ QA/QC.
- Đảm bảo vật tư nhập công trường đúng approved.
- Kiểm soát việc lưu trữ và bảo quản vật tư.
NCR & Corrective Action Management
- Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Follow up closure of NCR within required timeline.
- Lập và theo dõi NCR.
- Phối hợp phân tích nguyên nhân và hành động khắc phục.
- Theo dõi đóng NCR đúng hạn.
Interface Quality Control
- Coordinate with CSA, Electrical and Mechanical teams to ensure quality at system interfaces.
- Verify that interface works (openings, sleeves, embedment, connections) meet quality requirements.
- Ensure no rework due to interface-related quality issues.
- Phối hợp các bộ môn để đảm bảo chất lượng tại các điểm giao diện.
- Kiểm tra các hạng mục như sleeve, opening, kết nối.
- Đảm bảo không phát sinh lỗi do giao diện (xung đột các hệ, phạm vi công việc, thứ tự công việc).
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain QA/QC records including inspection reports, test reports, material approvals and NCR logs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Quản lý hồ sơ QA/QC bao gồm báo cáo kiểm tra, test, vật tư và NCR.
- Lập báo cáo QA/QC định kỳ.
- Hỗ trợ audit nội bộ và khách hàng.
3. Testing & Commissioning Stage
- Witness system testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure all testing records and checklists are completed and approved.
- Verify system readiness and compliance prior to handover.
- Coordinate with PE and commissioning teams to close quality issues.
- Chứng kiến testing & commissioning hệ thống.
- Đảm bảo hồ sơ test đầy đủ và được phê duyệt.
- Xác nhận hệ thống sẵn sàng bàn giao.
- Phối hợp đóng lỗi với đội kỹ thuật.
4. Project Closing Stage
- Ensure all QA/QC documentation is completed and compiled for handover.
- Support final inspection and client acceptance.
- Ensure all NCR and punch list items are closed.
- Assist in preparation of final quality dossier
- Đảm bảo hồ sơ QA/QC hoàn tất để bàn giao.
- Hỗ trợ nghiệm thu cuối.
- Đảm bảo đóng NCR và punch list.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ chất lượng hoàn chỉnh.
5. Other assignments as required by Direct Line Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Engineer’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or related disciplines).
  • Bằng Kỹ sư (Xây dựng, Điện, Cơ khí hoặc ngành liên quan).

Working Experience:

  • At least 3–5 years of QA/QC or site engineering experience in GC or industrial projects.
  • Experience in multi-discipline works (CSA, MEP) is preferred.
  • Có ít nhất 03-05 năm kinh nghiệm tham gia các dự án GC, công nghiệp.
  • Có kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực CSA, MEP

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of QA/QC systems, inspection procedures and ITP.
  • Understanding of TCVN and relevant technical standards.
  • Familiar with inspection processes for CSA, Electrical and Mechanical works.
  • Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures.
  • Ability to read and review drawings and technical documents.
  • Hiểu hệ thống QA/QC và ITP.
  • Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn TCVN và các tiêu chuẩn kĩ thuật khác.
  • Hiểu quy trình kiểm tra CSA, Electrical, Mechanical.
  • Hiểu T&C.
  • Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật.
