Material Planning Executive (8Month Contract)

• Establish material requirements for Production Plans with the use of MRP Planned Orders.

• Analyze production requirements, sales forecasts, and historical data to determine optimal inventory levels.

• Coordinate with Purchase team to schedule deliveries, manage lead times, and monitor production-related constraints.

• Optimize inventory levels by implementing efficient inventory management strategies.

• Maintain correct material master data in SAP and should have a complete understanding of the logic behind it.

• Highlight material constraints that could impact production plans.

• Determining the required materials and generating purchase Requisitions.

• Minimize Non-Moving/Expired stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability.

• Monitor replenishment POs and ensure timely receipt of goods.

Location: VSIP1 (Employee shuttle service provided)

• University degree in Economics/Technology/ Supply chain.

• High analytical skills

• Advance excel skills, SAP MRP

• Should have good interpersonal skills.

• Agile with fluctuation/change, good in problem solving and decision making.

• Good communication in English and Vietnamese
