Marketing Supervisor

Purpose of the position:
The Marketing Supervisor drives segment-specific and product-specific pipeline for an assigned pod by producing one problem-led content piece per month built around the segment’s real client pain points, supported by campaigns that convert.
The job holder is the segment expert who ensures Talentnet speaks the language of its buyer — reflecting how that segment thinks and what it needs, not what Talentnet wants to sell.
This JD covers three pod variants serving three distinct buyer types (see Pod Variants below); the core role is identical, the segment focus differs.
Job Accountabilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for assigned business segments and products.
Create relevant, problem-led content based on client needs, market insights, and industry trends.
Lead integrated marketing activities across content, digital, social media, PR, and events.
Collaborate with internal teams, Sales, subject matter experts, and external agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
Manage content distribution across relevant channels and coordinate with Design and Digital/Performance Marketing teams.
Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, lead generation, and marketing contribution to pipeline.
Build strong understanding of assigned client segments, buyer needs, and market trends to improve marketing effectiveness
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing, or a related field.
Strong experience in marketing planning, content development, campaign execution, and digital marketing coordination.
Experience working with Sales/Business Development teams and external agencies.
Strong copywriting, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to business results.
Professional working proficiency in English.
