Purpose of the position

• The Performance Marketing Associate Manager owns performance marketing, paid digital, the digital agency relationship, AI agents, lead-conversion metrics and pipeline data.
• The job holder turns content and campaigns into measurable, optimised pipeline and is the data and conversion backbone of the function, proving marketing’s contribution to revenue.
• The role ensures every campaign across the three client segments (MNC, Local Enterprise, FDI) is tracked, attributed and optimised, and that automation and AI scale the function without scaling headcount.

Job Accountabilities

• 1. Financial Achievement
• Own the paid-media budget; optimize CAC, ROAS and cost-per-lead across segments.
• 2. Function
• Plan and run paid digital and performance campaigns; manage the digital agency.
• Deploy and govern AI agents and marketing automation.
• Own the martech stack, web analytics, lead scoring and attribution.
• Maintain pipeline data and conversion dashboards; run SEO / SEM.
• 3. Business Development
• Drive lead conversion across all three segments; ensure clean lead handover and funnel hygiene with Sales.
• 4. Learning & Growth
• Stay current on performance marketing, martech and AI; keep strategies and tooling up to date.
• 5. Major Challenges
• Prove marketing’s revenue contribution with reliable, trusted data.
• Scale AI and automation responsibly while protecting data quality and brand.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Data, Business or related.
• 7+ years in performance / digital marketing; strong analytics (GA4, attribution), paid media and martech; B2B and AI / automation exposure a plus.
• Analytical, experiment-driven, ROI-obsessed and collaborative.
• Advancing: Paid media, web analytics, attribution, marketing automation, AI agents, lead conversion, agency management.
• Possess effective communication skills, written and verbally in English. CEFR Level B2 or above.
