We are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Executive supports marketing activities across campaigns, content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination. The role focuses on ensuring consistent brand communication, accurate execution of marketing plans, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

1. Campaign & Content Execution
   • Develop branding & MKT strategy aligning with corporate and project direction
   • Support implementation of marketing campaigns (online/offline)
   • Work with designers and agencies to ensure timely and quality deliverables
   • Consolidate and conduct report with measurable result and take away
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
   • Manage company social media channels and support website updates
   • Assist in SEO/SEM and online advertising campaigns
   • Track digital performance metrics and report on engagement
3. Visual & Content Development
   • Strategize content direction (visual, tone & mood) and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project positioning
   • Design visuals across media channels, MKT collaterals and project presentations
   • Coordinate with vendors for quality control
4. Administrative & Collaboration Tasks
   • Handle documentation, supplier coordination, and invoice processing
   • Coordinate with internal / external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when required
   • Other tasks assigned by Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or hospitality industry
• Proven design skills in tools of Photoshop, Illustrator… and digital marketing is highly preferred
• Experience in real estate, property, or creative agency is an advantage
• Creative mindset, good taste with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
