Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Marketing Executive in AEON MALL Ha Dong.

- Work location: AEON MALL Ha Dong, Duong Noi, Ha Dong, Hanoi

- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays

- Job summary: Responsible for working with tenants to organize events and create content to support their sales activities.

Detailed job description:

1. Research & develop monthly tenant collaboration strategies (25%)

2. Coordinate with mall tenants to organize events and provide new experiences for customers (20%)

3. Collaborate with agencies/vendors to check all event details, such as design, activities, POSM, staff & other related items, to ensure that marketing campaigns are implemented smoothly (20%)

4. Monitor and manage marketing communication channels such as Fanpage, TikTok, Zalo, Website & Homepage to communicate information about tenant collaboration activities (Events & Promotions) to customers (10%)

5. Evaluate the performance of tenant collaboration activities (Events/Promotions), prepare reports & provide improvement ideas to the Deputy Manager (10%)

6. Provide creative ideas for tenant collaboration activities (10%)

7. Other duties as assigned (5%)

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree, in any field;

2. Having 2- 3 years of experience in Marketing/ Content Creator (Tiktok)/ Design or related fields is an advantage;

3. Experience working with Communication/Event agencies is preferred.

4. Good communication in English and Vietnamese;

5. Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

6. Have a good teamwork spirit;

7. Willing to work in shift.
