Marketing Administration Executive (Temporary Contract)

1. Budget & Expense Management

• Prepare, monitor, and raise budget on internal system

• Track, consolidate, and summarize marketing expenses..

2. Marketing Program Administration

• Prepare and revise notices, guidelines, and administrative documents related to marketing and sales support programs.

• Review supporting documents and coordinate payment processing for dealers and sub-dealers.

• Prepare reports on program status, payment progress, and campaign results.

3. Dealer/Sub-dealer Coordination

• Coordinate with dealers and sub-dealers regarding program participation and administrative requirements.

• Follow up and manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain and organize marketing records, contracts, and payment documents.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.

• Support data collection and analysis for marketing activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• From 1 year of work experiences in Sales/ Marketing Administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
