Manager, Bancassurance Compensation

PURPOSE:

• Main coordinator to lead and execute sales compensation, contest & campaigns and other initiatives to drive new production, maintain & improve K2 by working with Sales & non sales functions/departments: Sales team, Banca Support team, Actuarial team, IT, Operations team, Legal, Risk & Compliance

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Be responsible for planning sales core compensation, contest and customer campaigns (including planning, designing, launching, budget management and post launch review), to drive new sales and K2 improvement to meet business’s target by coordinating with Account Head/Bank partners/Actuarial & Financial team/Legal and other related teams including:

• Prepare compensation, contest & customer campaign proposal to get Senior level (C levels)’s approval before execution.

• Coordinate with Account Head/Bank partner/Other supporting functions to execute all approved compensation, contest & campaigns with timely manner (which includes and not limited to prepare, launch memo, EDM, tracking and other tools of contest & campaign communication).

• Evaluate effectiveness of launched compensation, contests & campaigns and recommend solutions to improve or enhance effectiveness of the next ones.

• Monitor compensation, contests and campaigns’ results regularly and support sale team to answer all questions related to rules of compensation, contest & campaign.

• Frequently contact partners and sales team to get information of competitors’ compensation, contests, campaign and propose counter-attack activities.

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor and manage budget to ensure expense within approved limit

• Prepare related ad-hoc reports requested by management team.

• Provide on the job training and coaching to team members (if required).

• Other tasks assigned by Line managers & companies.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Auditing, Statistics, or related fields.

• Minimum 06 years’ working experience with at least 4 years in distribution or insurance operations.

• Qualification / Certificate in Life insurance is a plus.

• Advanced in MS Excel, Word, Power point, SQL.

• Good data analytics or and data story telling. Hard working, teamwork and be highly responsible.

• Strong communication skills to communicate complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner to a wide range of audience and can work under pressure.
