PURPOSE:

To drive business quality and a proactive risk culture within the Bancassurance first line by strengthening controls, monitoring key quality metrics, and enabling continuous improvement across sales processes and partner execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

1. BA in business, finance, risk management or related fields.

2. 6-8 years’ experience in bancassurance, insurance, banking, risk or business quality roles.

3. Understanding of bancassurance operations.

4. Knowledge of risk/control frameworks.

5. Practical experience in supporting audits, governance reviews, or risk assessments is an advantage.

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
