Maintenance Manager (Tân Tạo Industrial Zone)

Position Summary

The Head of Engineering & Maintenance is responsible for leading all engineering, maintenance, utilities, and automation activities across four manufacturing plants. The role ensures maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of production assets. This position owns key performance indicators including OEE, MTBF, maintenance cost, and equipment availability while driving predictive maintenance and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Drive equipment reliability, OEE improvement, and reduction of unplanned downtime.

• Lead Engineering & Maintenance teams, including managers, supervisors, and technical specialists.

• Manage utilities, infrastructure, and facility systems (power, compressed air, water, HVAC, fire protection).

• Oversee spare parts management, maintenance budgets, and CAPEX projects.

• Lead automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with production, quality, planning, procurement, and international equipment suppliers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering field.

• Minimum 10 years of Engineering & Maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong background in maintenance strategy, TPM, reliability engineering, and automation.

• Experience working with international OEM equipment suppliers.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Business-level English communication.
