Low-Code (Automation)

• Solution & Application Development: Design, build, and deploy internal business applications and workflow automations from proof-of-concept (PoC) to production deployment, focusing primarily on the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Pages) and similar low-code tools (n8n, OutSystems).
• Business Requirement Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements; translate user needs, swim-lane diagrams, user stories, and wireframes into fully functional applications.
• System Integration: Integrate Low-Code / No-Code applications with databases, external core systems, and third-party services via REST APIs.
• Testing & Optimization: Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability; optimize solutions for scalability, security, and performance.
• Support & Documentation: Provide technical support and compile clear technical documentation, architectural blueprints, and user guidelines for low-code solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to provide project updates, resolve technical inquiries, and stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Low-Code development.

Required

• Familiarity with Low Code / No Code platforms, such as Power Platform, through academic projects, internships, or certifications.
• Knowledge of VBA, C#, C++, or Python.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Interest in technology and process improvement.
• Willingness to learn new skills independently.
• Quick learning ability, strong problem‑solving, design, coding, and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred

• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform beyond academic projects.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and databases in Low Code applications.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps processes.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Microsoft certifications (PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑600) are a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and flexibility in approach.
