Logistics Staff (Import-Export)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Executive who has solid experience in import-export operations and customs clearance. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely shipment and customs processes, while supporting warehouse operations after joining the company. Warehouse-related skills will be provided through on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle import and export documentation and coordinate shipment schedules.
• Manage customs clearance procedures and work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics service providers.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation or customs-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese customs regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare periodic logistics reports.
• Support warehouse operations and inventory-related activities (training will be provided after joining).
• Perform other logistics and administrative tasks assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male candidate, preferably under 45 years old.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Import-Export, or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience in import/export operations and customs clearance is mandatory.
• Good understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, import/export documentation, and Vietnamese customs regulations.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs authorities.
• English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence, reading documents, and daily communication.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Honest, hardworking, highly responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Able to join the company as soon as possible.
