Legal Manager

• Lead and develop the Legal team, ensuring effective task execution and team performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support capability development.
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide timely legal advice on business, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Support licensing and compliance-related activities.
• Review company policies, regulations, and governance documents.
• Validate key internal proposals and business decisions from a legal perspective.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise on their impact to the business.
• Support corporate legal matters to protect the company's interests.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Law; Lawyer Practicing Certificate preferred.
• At least 5 years of legal experience, ideally in an in-house environment.
• Strong background in commercial contracts, legal advisory, and compliance matters.
• Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
