Legal Assistant Manager

- Provide legal advice to management and business functions to ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations.

- Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements and legal documents.

- Review legal risks in business operations and recommend practical solutions.

- Develop and update internal legal policies, procedures and compliance guidelines.

- Liaise with government authorities regarding licenses, ERC/IRC amendments and other legal procedures.

- Coordinate with external law firms and consultants on legal matters and disputes.

- Lead, coach and supervise Legal team members to achieve departmental objectives.

- Perform other legal and compliance assignments as requested by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:

- Graduated from the University of Law with major in economic law is preferable;

- Having Lawyer certificate is an advantage;

2. Experience:

- At least 5 years of legal experience (legal in-house or law firm, logistics industry is an advantage).

- At least 3 years of experience in similar position;

3. Skills & others:

- English fluently in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

- Sufficient knowledge about company processes;

- Strong in verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential;

- Good presentation skills; communication skill and persuade skill.
