Learning And Development Business Partner

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, championing Neyu's company culture and elevating team performance. You will achieve this by acting as a trusted advisor on capability building, driving impactful sales training, and building a robust e-learning ecosystem that aligns directly with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to identify performance gaps, anticipate future skill needs, and align L&D initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Specialized Training Delivery: Conduct and facilitate impactful training sessions, with a dedicated focus on Corporate Culture and Sales Training to drive business results.

• E-Learning & Digital Development: Build, implement, and manage the company's e-learning platforms.

• Material Creation: Take a hands-on approach to building engaging training materials, including instructional videos, multimedia presentations, and digital modules.

• Program Design: Design, develop, and customize learning programs, workshops, and e-learning courses to meet diverse employee development needs.

• Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods. Collect and interpret feedback to improve learning programs and align with organizational objectives.

• Employee & Manager Development Support: Support employees in career pathing and skill enhancement. Partner with managers to strengthen their capability in developing team performance and potential.

• Location: Candidates based in Hanoi are prioritized.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Training, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field; master's or certification (CIPD, ATD, SHRM) is a plus.

• Experience: Proven experience as an L&D Business Partner, L&D Manager, or similar consultative role, with a strong, demonstrable track record in culture training and sales training.

• Business Acumen: Strong ability to understand business needs, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and translate organizational goals into effective learning strategies.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience building and managing e-learning platforms, as well as creating video-based training materials.

• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning/LMS tools.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Language: English proficiency required; regional languages a plus
