Position Summary:

Navigos Search is seeking a Lean Manager/CI Manager (Black Belt) for an electronics factory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and lead projects that align with the company's strategic goals.

Job Description:

- Lead the development and implementation of lean strategies and continuous improvement initiatives within the electronics factory.

- Conduct assessments to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.

- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees on lean principles and practices.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on improvement projects and objectives.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented initiatives.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee engagement and feedback.

- Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lean management or continuous improvement roles, preferably in the electronics manufacturing sector.

- Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of successfully leading improvement projects from inception to completion.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in lean manufacturing.
