Key Responsibilities
Lead new customer acquisition and business development activities in Vietnam.
Build and expand a strong network through active participation in the Korean Chamber of Commerce and networking events involving Korean companies.
Represent the company at business gatherings and develop relationships with potential customers and business partners.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through periodic customer visits.
Attend business meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and prepare necessary reports.
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.

Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Strong people-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, outgoing, and confident in networking and customer-facing activities.
Strong interest in sales, business development, and building professional networks.
Preferred
Ability to communicate in Japanese.
Daily-conversational level of English or Vietnamese.
Understanding of Japanese business culture and working practices.
Basic proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office.
