Mô tả công việc

1. KOL/MCN Relationship Management

• Communicate and coordinate with KOLs and MCNs for Shopee live sessions — scheduling, briefing, and performance follow-up

• Proactively source and onboard new KOL/MCN partners to expand Colorkey's Shopee live network

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• More than 2 - 3 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or e-commerce (beauty/FMCG preferred)

• Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Center and Shopee Live features is a strong plus

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills — able to manage multiple KOL/MCN relationships simultaneously
