ISO Team Leader (English, ID 21420, $800)

- System Ownership & Improvement:Lead the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance withISO 9001andISO 13485standards.
- Team Leadership:Supervise, mentor, and allocate tasks to ISO/QMS team members. Drive team performance to meet departmental KPIs.
- Documentation Control:Oversee the creation, review, updates, and standardization of all quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms across all departments.
- Plan, schedule, and lead periodic internal quality audits. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure full closure.
- Act as the primary point of contact and host external auditsfrom certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and international customersentirely in English.
- CAPA & Risk Management:Analyze non-conformances (NCR), lead root-cause analysis sessions, and deploy effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Monitor system trends to mitigate potential risks.
- Training & Culture Awareness:Develop and deliver training programs to enhance ISO awareness, compliance, and quality mindset for all employees across the organization.
- Management Review & Reporting:Compile quality data, evaluate system effectiveness, and prepare comprehensive reports for periodic Management Review meetings with Board of Directors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female, 26 years old or above.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Minimum3 – 5 yearsof hands-on experience in managing ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 systems withinmanufacturing environments(Electronics components/assembly or Medical Devices preferred).
- Able to handle audits in English.
