Our client - An FDI Electronics manufacturing company is seeking for Innovation Manager

- Develop and execute the factory's innovation strategy and orientation.

- Establish innovation-related tasks, plans, and standards for the company.

- Conduct training on innovation methodologies such as Six Sigma, TRIZ, TPM, TDR, and others.

- Identify and share innovative approaches with employees across the organization.

- Track the performance of innovation projects and propose enhancements.

- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to implement creative and innovative solutions.

- Prepare and present innovation outcomes and analytical insights to senior leadership and management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a similar or related role within a production company, electronics manufacturing, or FDI company.

- Black Belt Six sigma is a MUST.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.

- Language Skills: Proficient in English

- Possess an innovative mindset.

- Demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities.

- Show commitment to long-term employment with the company.
