- Drive site-wide improvement programs in line with the company’s operational excellence direction, with a strong focus on reducing inefficiencies and improving manufacturing performance.

- Identify improvement opportunities across production and business processes, and take ownership from analysis through execution and follow-up.

- Lead multi-functional project teams, working with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments to deliver practical improvements.

- Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to enhance productivity, optimize resources, reduce operating costs and improve process effectiveness.

- Work closely with Operations leaders to translate business priorities into actionable improvement initiatives and measurable results.

- Provide coaching and guidance to teams on problem-solving, process improvement and Lean practices, helping build a continuous improvement mindset across the site.

- Coordinate with regional/global Operations Excellence teams and relevant external partners when required.

- Monitor project progress and evaluate the business impact and sustainability of improvement initiatives.

- Take ownership of key improvement projects and other operational excellence assignments as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related fields.

- 8 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, with strong exposure to Production/Operations and Continuous Improvement.

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.

- Strong practical knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and manufacturing improvement techniques.

- Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

- Good knowledge of data analysis and Minitab.

- Strong English communication skills; Chinese is plus.

- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and driving initiatives from concept to implementation.
