Import Trainee

• Support import operations and customs clearance activities for inbound shipments.
• Review import documentation and customs declaration details, including HS codes, quantities, product descriptions, country of origin, and Incoterms.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely cargo clearance.
• Track shipment status, monitor delivery schedules, and support issue resolution related to customs, logistics, and cargo discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams, to ensure smooth import operations and on-time delivery.
• Assist in invoice verification, payment follow-up, and maintenance of import documentation records.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, Import-Export, or related majors.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with internship or working experience in Import, Logistics, or Supply Chain will have an advantage.
• Good understanding of import procedures, customs clearance, HS codes, and Incoterms is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
