R&D Engineer

• Conduct testing for new washing machine models and washing machine components based on assigned plans.
• Perform durability, functionality, and quality tests for washing machine products.
• Monitor, record, and report testing results to supervisors.
• Support failure analysis and cooperate with related departments for product improvement.
• Implement and maintain 6S activities in the working area.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related majors.
• Basic understanding of home appliance structure and testing methods is preferred.
• Able to use measuring tools and testing equipment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, careful, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Basic English reading skill for technical documents is an advantage.
