Retail Training Specialist

AQUA Vietnam is seeking a passionate and energetic Retail Training Specialist to support the development of our Field Force team and retail partners through impactful training programs and engaging learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, seminars, product tours, and online learning programs for Field Force teams and retail partners.
• Develop and update training materials covering product knowledge, selling skills, key selling points, and competitive benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and retail operations teams to plan and execute training activities effectively.
• Analyze field feedback, consumer purchasing behaviors, and training results to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Create engaging content, activities, and initiatives to enhance learning experiences and team engagement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Training, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or related functions.
• Experience in the Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics industry is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
