Commercial Accountant (12 Months Contract)

In charge of Promotion program monitor, Invoice maintenance, Account reconciliation support including:

1. PROMOTION PROGRAM MONITOR:
   • Coordinating with Sales Admin and Sales Operations Team (SOD) to check promotion programs
   • Booking actual promotion programs into SAP after obtaining all approval levels.
2. INVOICE MAINTENANCE:
   • Maintaining invoices from billing in the SAP system.
3. ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION SUPPORT:
   • Supporting account reconciliations
   • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.

All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager

1. Education background:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial/ Finance or related majors.
2. Working experience:
   • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Commercial Accountant or related position.
   • Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics industry is preferred
3. Skills:
   • Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
   • Excellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,..)
   • Proficiency in SAP or similar system
   • Strong organizational skills
   • Excellence communication skills
4. Others:
   • Detail-oriented
   • Ability to work under high pressure
