Import - Export Specialist (Trading)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the logistics team to achieve company targets and operational objectives.

• Manage import, customs clearance, and delivery processes to ensure timely product distribution to stores.

• Oversee VAT invoice issuance and prepare monthly sales and management reports.

• Manage trading contracts and related documentation.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and stores to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and optimize costs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in import/export and logistics operations.

• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures; experience in internal accounting is an advantage.

• Japanese at good level or good English communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, agile, and eager to learn.
