Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Import - Export Specialist (EPE, $800, ID21654)
- Handle import/export customs declarations for raw materials, machinery and finished goods.
- Prepare and check customs documents: Invoice, Packing List, B/L, C/O, contracts, etc.
- Handle customs procedures, HS Codes, declaration types, duties and tax-exempt goods.
- Prepare and control customs finalization reports, including reconciliation of BOM, consumption norms, production and inventory.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, forwarders, shipping lines and transporters.
- Monitor shipments, ETA, customs clearance and delivery schedules.
- Handle tax/trade-remedy exemption dossiers and related reporting.
- Maintain customs/logistics data on ERP and ECUS and ensure compliance with regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female. Under 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Import–Export, Logistics, Customs, International Trade or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in import-export/customs, preferably in EPE companies.
- Experience handling tax-exempt goods for EPE customers is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, HS Codes, import/export duties and customs finalization.
- Good command of Excel, ECUS and ERP.
- Good English communication skills.
