Tuyển dụng Import - Export Officer tại Bình Dương

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Import & Customs
- Prepare and verify shipping documents for customs declaration
- Perform data entry for import declarations on Vietnam's customs system (VNACCS/VCIS – B10 declaration)
- Check and confirm declarations with customs broker
- Obtain delivery orders, arrange container transport to warehouse
- Support Certificate of Origin (C/O) processing
Documentation & Data
- Reconcile contracts, invoices, packing lists, CO, COA, Bill of Lading
- Monitor vessel schedules (ETA/ETD) and shipment status
- Manage import/export documentation for multiple RC supplier codes
- Archive all import documents (hard & soft copies)
Payment & Cost
- Prepare payment requests for import tax, VAT, local charges, freight, storage, customs fees
- Reconcile charges with service providers
- Follow up Debit Notes with Accounting
Planning & Reporting
- Update raw material inventory, MRP, stock cover, and forecasts
- Support order estimation and purchase order issuance
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Planning departments
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- College/Intermediate degree in Import-Export, Logistics, or related field
- No experience required – Fresher welcome
- Basic English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, willing to learn
