- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Import - Export Deputy Manager (Manufacturing, 1150 USD, ID16351):
- Oversee logistics operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate import and export shipments.
- Manage all shipping costs and related logistics activities.
- Track delivery times and costs.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding delivery times and accuracy.
- Process and implement statement reports (Balance of Import, Export, and Stock).
- Assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Understand customs regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor, coach, and train staff to maintain adherence to laws, regulations, and customer expectations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Gender: Male/Female; Age: 30-40 years old.
- Graduated from University with a related major.
- Have 5 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing companies, preferably in the plastic industry.
- Good command of English.
