• Lead and supervise the Industrial Engineering team, including

manpower planning, task assignment, performance management, and

team development.

• Develop and optimize production processes, line layout,

manpower allocation, and production capacity to improve

productivity and efficiency.

• Conduct time study, line balancing, capacity analysis, and

standard manpower calculation.

• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),

Standard Work, cycle time, UPH, and other IE standards.

• Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs such as productivity,

labor efficiency, OEE, utilization, and manufacturing cost.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement /

Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

• Drive line balancing, process optimization, automation, and

productivity improvement projects.

• Support NPI and new production line setup, including process flow,

equipment planning, capacity calculation, manpower planning, and line

layout.

• Analyze production data and prepare reports to identify improvement

opportunities and support management decisions.

• Work closely with Production, PE, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply

Chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

• Lead Kaizen / Lean / Six Sigma / cost reduction projects and

ensure sustainable improvements.

• Ensure IE standards and processes comply with company policies and

manufacturing requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering,

Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related

fields.

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in

electronics, EMS, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing

environments.

• Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination

skills.

• Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with

IE/manufacturing software is a plus.

• Experience working in a multinational / foreign-invested

manufacturing company is preferred.

• Experience in electronics / PCBA / semiconductor / automotive

electronics manufacturing.

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or relevant certification is an

advantage.

• Experience with automation, MES, Industry 4.0, or digital

manufacturing is a plus.

• Experience in a new factory setup / greenfield project is highly

preferred.
