IATF OFFICER

Job Purpose
This position will be responsible for supporting the Project Management team in coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. Will act as a key document controller and coordinator, ensuring that all technical documentation, tooling readiness, and process milestones are strictly maintained to meet production deadlines.
Job Description
Manage and track tooling overview to ensure readiness for production stages.
Prepare core documents such as FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
Create and maintain Change Control Records and Gate Review Records in alignment with the APQP process.
Support both internal and external audits
Assist in meeting preparation, documentation, and action tracking.
Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
3 - 5 years of experience in document management position at Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial field.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and Change Management processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good English writing and verbal skills.
