ROBOT AUTOMATION ENGINEER

JOB PURPOSE
To ensure stable operation of robotic systems and to drive automation projects from concept and design through installation, commissioning, and mass production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Program and develop automated systems and processes to optimize manufacturing operations, improve productivity, and enhance process stability.
Develop, integrate, and implement control systems and robotic automation solutions to meet production requirements.
Program and configure software for industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to industrial automation systems, robotics, PLCs, and control equipment.
Optimize robot programs, control parameters, and automated processes to improve cycle time, equipment performance, and product quality.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to implement automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the commissioning, installation, testing, and validation of new robotic and automated equipment.
Maintain and update automation programs, system configurations, and technical documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of PLC, Kuka Robots, Yaskawa robots, and other industrial automation systems.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and safety protocols applicable to industrial automation systems.
