1. Overall in charge of the company's human resources management, establish a human resources system in line with the company's development strategy, and ensure that human resources work is aligned with the company's business objectives.
2. Take talent recruitment as the core work focus to improve recruitment efficiency and talent
quality.
3. Be responsible for the management of daily personnel and administrative affairs, and coordinate entry, transfer, promotion, resignation, attendance, administration and logistics management.
4. Establish a compensation and welfare system and a performance management system to motivate employees to develop together with the company.
5. Build an employee training and development system to improve employees' professional skills and comprehensive quality, and support the company's long-term development.
6. Be responsible for employee relations management, build a harmonious and stable labor relations, and enhance team cohesion.
7. Cooperate with the company to complete various human resource support work. 
 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Bachelor's degree, aged 35-45, Vietnamese native or Chinese with Vietnamese nationality,
proficient in Vietnamese, and able to use Cantonese or Mandarin as the working communication
language. Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry, with strong
expertise in factory restructuring.
2. Familiar with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations as well as the human resources market
situation.
3. Proficient in overall human resources management, with more than 5 years of working experience in the same position; priority will be given to candidates with working experience in
Chinese-funded enterprises.
4. Possess rich recruitment experience, keen talent identification ability, team leadership ability,
organizational coordination ability and overall planning ability.
5. Possess good professional ethics and professionalism, recognize the company's corporate
culture, and be able to actively adapt to the company's development rhythm to promote the
effective implementation of human resources work.
