HRBP & Organization Development Manager - FMCG

Position Overview

We are looking for a HRBP & Organization Development Manager to partner closely with business

leaders in driving people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and talent development. This role

combines strategic HR Business Partnering with Organization Development, supporting commercial

functions while leading key HR transformation initiatives.

This position is designed as a potential successor to the Head of HR and offers strong career

development opportunities within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic HR partner for Commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Training, PR and

Back Office), aligning people initiatives with business objectives.

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, manpower planning,

and capability development.

• Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements to structure, talent

allocation, and workforce productivity.

• Support annual organization review, headcount planning, and business transformation

initiatives.

• Provide coaching and consultation to managers on performance management, employee

development, succession planning, and organizational changes.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence business decisions through data-

driven HR insights.

Organization Development

• Lead and drive Organization Development initiatives across the business.

• Develop and implement talent management, succession planning, and leadership pipeline

programs.

• Design competency frameworks, career development pathways, and performance improvement

initiatives.

• Partner with the Head of HR to strengthen organizational capability and develop future

leadership talent.

• Support change management and organizational transformation projects.

• Collaborate with COE teams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement &

Culture) to ensure integrated HR solutions.

• Bachelor's

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to HR Business Partnering in multinational companies.

• Previous experience in FMCG or other fast-paced multinational environments is highly preferred.

• Hands-on experience supporting Commercial/Sales organizations.

• Exposure to Organization Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Succession Planning is highly preferred.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial strategies and translate them into people initiatives.

• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently and challenge business leaders when appropriate.

• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset.

• Resilient, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
