HR Staff - Japanese speaking

Major Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

Manage payroll and benefits administration for local employees and expatriates, including PIT, SHUI, bonuses, and allowances.

Maintain employee records, contracts, timekeeping data, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

Handle social insurance administration and coordinate with vendors and authorities on payroll- and tax-related matters.

Monitor personnel costs and implement C&B policies and procedures.

2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support workforce needs.

3. Employee Engagement

Organize employee engagement and recognition initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee experience.

4. HR Operations & Data Management

Maintain accurate HR data, employee records, and reports while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Support HR process improvements and HR system enhancements.

5. Other Responsibilities

Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Payroll, C&B, or HR Generalist.

Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) and English.

Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT, and SHUI.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
