Tuyển dụng HR Generalist tại Hồ Chí Minh

Manage monthly timekeeping, payroll calculations, and benefits administration for approximately 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Handle end-to-end Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SI/HI/UI) procedures in compliance with local regulations.
Manage Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration, including tax dependent registration and annual PIT finalization.
Maintain employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
Manage the employee lifecycle, including probation confirmation, promotions, contract renewals, resignations.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for full-time employees and interns.
Monitor attendance records and leave balances; review timesheets
Coordinate with external service providers on Work Permit and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) applications and renewals for expatriate employees.
·       Support expatriates with required HR documentation and administrative procedures.
·       Maintain HR policies, forms, templates, and other employment-related documentation.
·       Prepare regular HR reports and provide HR data and administrative support as required.
·       Co-organize internal engagement initiatives, company events, and annual team-building activities.
·       Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers and contribute to ad-hoc HR projects as needed
2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Confident in professional written and spoken communication with foreigners.
Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
