- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business units, identify competency gaps, and recommend appropriate learning and development solutions.

- Collaborate with managers, internal trainers, and external partners to develop training plans, capability development programs, and learning roadmaps aligned with the Bank’s strategic direction.

- Design, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs, workshops, onboarding programs, and employee development initiatives.

- Manage and monitor the end-to-end implementation of L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and effectiveness.

- Monitor and evaluate post-training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance program quality and learning outcomes.

- Research emerging Learning & Development trends and proactively propose initiatives to improve and innovate the Bank’s learning and development practices.

- Participate in the design and implementation of talent development, high-potential, and succession development programs.

- Contribute to the development of the internal trainer pool and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Business Units, Head Office departments, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of capability development initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development and Talent Development.

- Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- - Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.

- Solid knowledge of learning effectiveness evaluation, competency framework, and talent development.

- A Learning Business Partner mindset, with the ability to analyze business and capability needs and recommend appropriate development solutions aligned with business objectives is an advantage.

- Strong planning, project management, and execution skills, with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

- Proactive, accountable, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing business and organizational needs
