Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business units, identify competency gaps, and recommend appropriate learning and development solutions. Collaborate with managers, internal trainers, and external partners to develop training plans, capability development programs, and learning roadmaps aligned with the Bank’s strategic direction. Design, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs, workshops, onboarding programs, and employee development initiatives. Manage and monitor the end-to-end implementation of L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate post-training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance program quality and learning outcomes. Research emerging Learning & Development trends and proactively propose initiatives to improve and innovate the Bank’s learning and development practices. Participate in the development, review, and periodic update of Competency Framework by job roles and position level. Participate in the design and implementation of talent development, high-potential, and succession development programs. Contribute to the development of the internal trainer pool and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization. Build and maintain effective working relationships with Business Units, Head Office departments, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of capability development initiatives.
