[District 7] Fraud Monitoring And Detection Specialist - Chuyên Viên Giám Sát Và Phòng Chống Gian Lận Thẻ

- Monitor and analysis real time card transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.

- Investigate suspicious transactions, reach out to customers for verification, and take necessary actions.

- Contact customers to offer card replacements or initiate dispute requests as needed.

- Review and analysis data to identify fraud trends, and collaborate with relevant departments to mitigate fraud risks.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager to support fraud prevention efforts.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduation: Bachelor's degree in banking/ business related field

- Working experience: At least 1 year of experience in banking environment/ fraud monitoring and detection

- Language: English from Average level

- Others:

+ Attention to detail to spot irregularities and potential fraud.

+ Problem-solving and decision-making skills to take appropriate actions in real-time.

+ Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

+ High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

+ Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours to ensure 24/7 monitoring of transactions.
