Tuyển dụng [HO] - CARD MAINTENANCE AND DELIVERY SPECIALIST tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Handle general inquiries related to cards and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.

- Perform tasks assigned to the Maintenance team, including but not limited to:

+ Card issuance services (reissuance, additional issuance, family card issuance, and manual renewal) for host 8161.

+ Process refunds or cancellation of fees in response to customer complaints (if any).

+ Manage hold/un-hold transactions (from ANZ) and handle balance-related matters for secured cards.

+ Register and process installment conversion requests.

+ Conduct appraisal for Flexi Cash applications.

+ Address other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support business operations.

- Respond to SMS inquiries and address related complaints (if any).

- Support system enhancements when required.

- Serve as a backup for the checker’s role when necessary.

- Conduct monthly Self-Inspection to ensure compliance and operational integrity.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in card services or banking.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is a plus.

• Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean or Vietnamese is an advantage.
