1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 9Pay’s fintech product portfolio.
• Manage product priorities based on business goals, customer needs, market insights, data, and available resources.
• Identify new product opportunities and continuously improve existing products across their lifecycle.
• Ensure product direction is aligned with company strategy and business growth objectives.

2. Product Development & Delivery

• Lead product discovery, requirement analysis, solution definition, and product planning.
• Work closely with Technology, UX/UI, QA, Business, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal & Compliance teams to deliver products effectively.
• Ensure product requirements are clear, feasible, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
• Oversee product launch, post-launch review, and continuous product iteration.

3. Product Performance & Business Impact

• Monitor and optimize key product metrics, including active users/merchants, transaction volume, transaction success rate, conversion, retention, revenue, and margin.
• Work with Business and Finance teams on pricing, revenue model, product profitability, and growth initiatives.
• Use data and customer insights to improve product performance and business impact.

4. Payment & Merchant Solutions

• Lead the development and improvement of payment and merchant-facing products, including payment gateway, QR/POS payment, merchant portal/dashboard, collection/disbursement, and payment notification devices.
• Optimize merchant onboarding, payment flow, transaction experience, reconciliation, refund/chargeback, reporting, and operational tools.
• Ensure products are easy to use, reliable, secure, scalable, and suitable for market needs.

5. Product Governance, Compliance & Risk Alignment

• Establish and improve product management processes, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, UAT, launch, and post-launch review.
• Work with Risk, Legal & Compliance teams to ensure products comply with applicable regulations, KYC/AML requirements, security standards, and operational risk controls.
• Ensure product designs consider transaction monitoring, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, audit trail, and risk prevention requirements.

6. Cross-functional Leadership

• Act as the key bridge between Product, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Legal & Compliance.
• Align stakeholders on product goals, priorities, scope, timeline, and success criteria.
• Promote a data-driven, customer-centric, and ownership-driven product culture.

7. Product Team Management

• Build, lead, and develop a strong Product team, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and related roles.
• Set product management standards, working methods, and capability requirements for the team.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen product thinking, fintech/payment domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and execution capability.

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior product leadership role.
• Strong experience in fintech, payment, e-wallet, payment gateway, merchant acquiring, banking, financial platform, or related technology products.
• Deep understanding of payment products, merchant journey, transaction flow, reconciliation, settlement, refund/chargeback, risk/fraud control, and payment operations.
• Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap management, product delivery, and product performance optimization.
• Strong business acumen, data-driven thinking, and understanding of pricing, revenue model, unit economics, and product profitability.
• Experience working closely with Technology, Business, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal & Compliance teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payment gateway, QR payment, POS/payment terminal, merchant portal, e-wallet, or B2B/B2B2C payment products.
• Experience scaling fintech/payment products in a fast-growing environment.
• Familiarity with API integration, transaction monitoring, merchant tools, and operational dashboards.
