- Design high-quality marketing and sales materials to support the promotion and leasing/selling of real estate projects to local and international clients.
- Develop brochures, company profiles, project profiles, catalogues, leaflets, sales presentations/PPTs and other project-related materials.
- Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to turn project information into professional, visually compelling and sales-oriented materials.
- Edit and retouch project visuals, including real photos, 3D renderings, architectural perspectives, masterplans and site plans.
- Create and edit project introduction videos, marketing videos and short-form videos for business development activities.
- Ensure consistency of visual identity, layout and branding across all marketing and sales materials.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to collect and update project information, images and other materials required for design production.
- Handle other graphic design tasks as assigned by the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's/College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar position.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign/Canva or equivalent design tools.
Experience in video editing, using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar software.
- Experience in editing 3D renderings, architectural visuals, masterplans or site plans is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in designing brochures, company profiles, project profiles and sales presentations.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail and the ability to transform technical/project information into clear and professional visual materials.
- Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects and proactively handle design briefs.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to understand and produce/edit English-language marketing materials.
- Portfolio is required.
