Work Location: TechnoPark Tower, Gia Lam Commune, Hanoi, Vietnam
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Description
- Arrange work schedules, meetings, business trips, and related activities.
- Follow up on and support tasks related to the company’s operations as assigned by the General Manager.
- Assist the General Manager with personal matters such as visas, work permits, administrative procedures, etc.
- Provide support for the General Manager’s personal arrangements and schedule when required.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Chinese Language or related fields.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Proactive, quick to learn, and highly committed to work.
- Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and supportive, with the ability to proactively solve problems and closely follow up on work progress.
